My Mom Jacqueline Nicole was born in Verdun, France. She came to the U.S. with my American Dad without speaking a word of English. She became an amazing Pastry Chef working for The Willow Inn in Armonk in the 70's & The Homestead in Katonah. I grew up speaking French and watching her every move in the kitchen! My sons, 28 & 23, grew up eating very well. I consider myself a gourmet cook & spending time in the kitchen is my happy place! I fell naturally into baking Sourdough loaves and during Thanksgiving baked & sold 70 loaves! It made me come to realize how much people enjoy Sourdough so the natural progression was to start teaching small classes and I really love the vibe!
